As founder of The Jewelry Coach, Pat Henneberry’s vision is to transform sales training for the jewelry industry. With the support of a talented and dedicated team, The Jewelry Coach has evolved into the industry’s most sought-after training solution. For the first time ever, optimal product knowledge and effective sales training are available via an engaging online platform to manufacturers and retailers around the globe.
With nearly 25 years of experience, Pat was already recognized as a field expert and leader prior to launching The Jewelry Coach. Upon settling in Texas after growing up in the heartlands of Iowa, she became an award-winning salesperson, quickly assuming dynamic leadership roles in the industry. As an International Trainer with Hearts on Fire, Pat trained professionals around the world on how to effectively build their businesses and sell diamonds. She has been a teacher and advisor, helping to build strong brands for retailers and manufacturers in the luxury jewelry world. She spent ten of those years with DeBeers Consolidated diamond mines on the Diamond Promotion Service US team, where she helped launch new brands, worked on national ad campaigns like "A Diamond is Forever,” and helped retail jewelers build their diamond businesses.
In these diverse roles of salesperson, trainer, and business owner, she worked on teams that innovated some of the industry’s most powerful educational materials, including the Diamond Pyramid of Rarity.
Pat is a proud recipient of the Diamond Symphony Award by Diamond Promotion Service & DeBeers, and was nominated by the Women’s Jewelry Association for Saleswoman of the Year. She also earned the distinction of being elected the first woman president of the 24 Karat Club of the Southwest, and held the office of President of the Southwest Women’s Jewelry Association.
A passionate motivational speaker, she has been a guest speaker for the marketing graduate program at the University of Texas. In addition to her corporate endeavors, Pat loves to emcee the awards tent at the Texas Special Olympics, and proudly serves on the production teams for Hill Country Ride for AIDS and the Texas Mamma Jamma Ride for breast cancer. She enjoys sailing, open water swimming, biking, trail running, and spending time with her family, friends, and neighbors.
